2. BA-IHA (International Hospitality Administration)
(Affiliated by IGNOU, New Delhi in collaboration with AHLEI (American Hotels and Lodging Educational Institute, USA.)

Duration: 3 year
Eligibility: A pass in 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum 30 GPV and good communication skills.

3. Craftsmanship Course in Catering Management
(Recognised by the Dept. Of Tourism, Govt. of Kerala & NIOS)
Duration: 1 year
Eligibility: A pass in 10th or equivalent.
